Out of the frustration of trying to sell his own home, our founder struggled to juggle the stresses of preparing and listing his family’s home for sale. With his full time job, and newborn daughter, as well as a home in need of major repairs, it seemed like an impossible task. During this time he realized he couldn’t be the only person struggling with this very problem. Thousands of Americans all over the country struggle every day to prepare and list their home effectively without stress or months of uncertainty, repairs, showings, negotiating, fees, and waiting around.
